A large number of vibrations are applied to a railway vehicle while it is running, and the natural vibration phenomenon occurs when the frequency of the vibration approaches the natural frequency of the vehicle itself. It is a common phenomenon but it is also an issue to prevent it from occurring, and it is necessary to clarify each natural vibration mode of the vehicle. In this study, we performed a running experiment by using a railway roller rig. By PSD analysis of the vibration acceleration at each measurement point, it is clear where the natural vibration phenomenon occurs at lateral and we know the experimental value through running experiment. We also modeled horizontal 6 degrees of freedom of the roller rig model, calculated the natural frequency, and grasped the theoretical natural vibration mod by using numerical analysis software. By comparing the theoretical value and the experimental value, the natural vibration analysis method was established.

In recent years, research and development of personal mobility, which is said to be a compact single-seat mobility support device as one of the next generation transportation, has been promoted by companies and research institutions. Many of the vehicles that have been developed have a distance between the driver's boarding position and the road surface, and there are riding methods such as standing and sitting. In this study, wheelchairs and self-propelled vehicles that the driver himself drives are defined as a part of personal mobility, and the vibration analysis that affects the driver rather than driving and the effect on ride comfort are examined. In addition, the natural frequency obtained from the impact test is compared with the theoretical value.

In recent years, in an aging society, the burden on the body at the time of movement is large in an area where the number of public transportation facilities is small, which is a regional problem. In everyday life, wheelchairs play an important role as living legs of elderly and a physically challenged person, and can be said to be one of the welfare vehicles indispensable for exercise. In recent years, it is being promoted a number of studies and initiatives with respect to micro-mobility, the last one mile of the case directed from the public transportation such as train station to supermarkets and hospitals are important. Although small community buses, such as public transport and local governments are run, these do not cover all living area. In this research, we propose the optimal wheelchair which does not load by movement of everyday life using electric assist and electric wheelchair. Furthermore, in this research we define electric wheelchair and electric assist wheelchair as Ultra light-weight Vehicle and examine its effectiveness.

In late years, as natural disaster in Japan, damage caused by The 2011 off the Pacific coast of Tohoku Earthquake and The 2016 Kumamoto Earthquake. The one that is hard to shelter by oneself is left behind at the time of the disaster, and there are people passed away. It is intended and, in this study, investigates refuge by the natural disaster and movement load reduction of the one of the wheelchair user after the disaster in the publication record of documents and the metropolis and districts local government as the fundamental researches. With an existing wheelchair, we evaluate it than the laboratory finding that simulated a disaster. By the experiment, we perform the ride comfort analysis using a vibration measuring instrument. We suggest the new mechanism wheelchair which can evade the barrier of the constant level after a disaster and a disaster based on the knowledge that we got fundamental researches and an experiment effectively.

In the current railway vehicle, the railway station attendant to prepare the plate when the wheelchair passengers are getting on and off, thereby performing the assistance of getting on and off. It has become possible to getting on and off in the ride time, departure delays are also up as a problem. In this study, it is an object of the present invention wheelchair development equipped with a new mechanism that can be getting on and off without using pass plate at the time of railway vehicle getting on and off. Many wheelchair users are elderly, physically it is under stress at the time of many traveling even number of users of the self-propelled manual wheelchair. In the self-propelled wheelchair equipped with a new mechanism, even with a small force made it possible to overcome the stepped-gap. In this presentation, we report the evaluation results in the prototype wheelchair.
