In road management, it is important to quickly detect diverse phenomena that have occurred such as accidents and backups. Therefore, road administrators grasp road conditions through the equipment installed on the roads and by going on patrol every day. In recent years, as seen from the cases that road users themselves sometimes post information on a real-time using SNS. It can be expected that this kind of information will help to mitigate backups and so on if movement data of road users are grasped and the affected road users can be provided with the concerned information preferentially. In this work, a method for estimating location information of road users is devised by focusing on the posted contents and posting patterns of the road users on SNS and estimating their actions from their daily posts, and its usefulness is verified.
